Our Approach
At Scholars Plus, we believe students learn best when they engage in thoughtful, peer-led dialogue. Our discussion-driven workshops are designed to spark curiosity and build confidence in navigating today’s complex digital landscape.
Through reverse engineering media and tech platforms, students uncover how algorithms, data tracking, and engagement strategies shape their online experiences. Rather than simply being told what to think, they explore how digital environments affect their privacy, self-image, and decision-making.
The ScholarsPlus® curriculum guides students through:
Conversations about data, privacy, and algorithms
Hands-on activities to analyze and question media design
Coping strategies for dealing with online threats like cyberbullying and digital targeting
By centering youth voice and collaboration, we help students become Mindful Digital Media Navigators®—empowered to think critically, act ethically, and advocate for themselves in the digital world.
